It’s fall y’all! Time for comfy sweaters, toasty flannels, and all things warm and cozy! To help kick off our favorite season of sewing, we are excited to share six collaborations with sewists from the online sewing community. Elevated Autumn Basics with Michelle (@stylemakerfabrics)
To wrap up our fall sewing series, Michelle batch sewed four comfy pullovers in some of our amazing new knits! She style three of them different ways to show how easy wardrobe staples, like this Sloane Sweatshirt, can be paired with different items in your existing wardrobe to create a variety of autumn looks. Dress it up or down depending on the occasion with a few accessories, outerwear, or shoes!

Soft Autumn Colors with Lou (@sewmuchtodesign)
We love fall separates and are so excited to share Lou’s three-piece outfit! She fell in love with this stunning plaid shirting, and we collaborated with her to find just the right colored denim and puff coating to complete her look. Lou had a vision, and we love seeing how it all came together! Each piece is so perfectly fall, and together, they make a show-stopping handmade outfit!

Striking Textures with Abby (@abby_sews)
Autumn brings so many unique textures, and Abby picked two of our new favorites for her fall look! She sewed up a cute cropped jacket in the rich textured double knit and layered it over a stunning apron-style denim dress. This jacquard denim is such a statement piece, and her make lets it really shine!

Autumn Layers with Bernice (@sewbee73)
Yay for fall knits! Bernice instantly loved this spotted jersey print and sewed up a gorgeous tank dress. She paired it with a cozy fleece cardigan to help transition her dress into the cooler months. She found the perfect balance of comfort and style to suit whatever the season brings!

Wardrobe Builders with Aaronica (@needleandthebelle)
Aaronica created two comfy staples that look great together and are versatile enough for many other outfit options! She mixed textures by pairing a plunging v-neck cropped sweater with these gorgeous wide-leg corduroy trousers for her take on a quintessential fall pairing. Great choices, Aaronica!

Comfy Separates with Alexis (@myysweetsunshine)
Fall is the season for comfy knits, and Alexis took her outfit to the next level! She selected two more casual garments/patterns and elevated them with her stunning fabric choices and refined palette. The subtle texture of each knit and its soft color gives each garment a sophistication that could effortlessly work for everything from day to night. They make the perfect pairing, but could easily mix and match with other favorites in her handmade wardrobe!
